No Returns Policy
Due to the custom and substantial nature of our billiard tables, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.
Product Inspection
To ensure complete satisfaction, we require customers to thoroughly inspect their billiard table during pick-up or immediately after installation by our team. This inspection allows you to confirm that the product meets your expectations and is free from any damage or defects.

Pick-Up Orders: If you choose to pick up your billiard table, please inspect the table before taking possession. Once the table leaves our premises, we consider the sale final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Delivery and Installation Orders: If your billiard table is delivered and installed by our team, we request that you inspect the table immediately after installation. Our team will assist you in reviewing the table for any issues. Once you have approved the installation, the sale is final, and no returns or refunds will be issued.
